Our Retained service is commonly used when a company has multiple openings to fill. The fee will be substantially less than if each candidate was hired on a contingency basis.

Simply sign an agreement with A.D.R. Staffing to pay a fee before the job search begins. The fee is fully refundable for 90 days based on pre-determined factors in your agreement with us.
